Winter Weather Impact in Central Wisconsin
The frigid temperatures come on the heels of recent snowfall in central Wisconsin. Over the weekend, heavy snow blanketed the region, causing hazardous road conditions and travel disruptions. Many areas experienced significant snow accumulation, adding to the already challenging winter conditions.
With this deep freeze, it is essential for residents to take precautions, including dressing in layers, covering exposed skin, and avoiding prolonged outdoor exposure. Schools and local authorities continue to monitor weather conditions to determine further closures or delays as needed.
Stay warm and stay safe, Wausau
